IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE PURCHASING

Physical Proofing: Not available

Acceptable Working Files: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Acceptable Flat Files: High-resolution (300dpi) JPG in CMYK color mode. Note: Files submitted in RGB color profile may result in darker print output.

File Setup: Ensure all files include a 3mm bleed on all sides to prevent trimming errors.

Font Requirements: For Photoshop and Illustrator files, convert all text to outlines to avoid font compatibility issues. Canva users do not need to outline text if providing a Canva link.

Color Consistency: While we aim for accurate color reproduction, slight color variations may occur due to different screens and print processes.

Image Quality: Images should be clear and high-resolution; low-resolution files may affect print quality.

Review Before Submission: Double-check all designs and content before submission. We are not responsible for any errors in provided files.

Cancellations/Changes: Once printing has begun, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated.
